Holiday rental in a shocking state

We booked the country lodge Ramsgate through the Beds at Sea website we arrived on the 26th of December 2015 total cost for the 7 nights R33 000. We rented this unit based on the pictures and information contained on the website.<br> <br> When we arrived at the venue we were shocked to see the state of the place. <br> <br> 1. The walls were dirty.<br> 2. The sleeper couch had holes in it. <br> 3. The bedding was filthy. <br> 4. There were broken windows. Which raised a safety concern<br> 5. There were dangerous non-compliant electrical wires in the cupboard. <br> 6. The pool was dirty and not in a useable state.<br> 7. The tiles around the pool were cracked and a danger to adults and kids alike<br> 8. The carpets were dirty the one even looked like it had blood stains on it. <br> <br> It was generally in a shocking state. We left immediately<br> <br> Managment are not interested in my complaint. The owner indicated that it is similar to camping and this is the standard I should expect.<br> <br> Do not use Beds at Sea you will be very disapointed
