Disgusting Service and Unsave at Beds at Sea

I booked a deal via Groupon for a long weekend at the lodge. [URL Removed] <br> <br> The state of the room was below standard. The curtains was dirty, according to your deal on the web, there is towels, satellite TV (I received a mail stating I before stating to bring my own decoder and smartcard) and tea and coffee, however none of these were there. Also after the first night, we went and bought some new bedding as those that was there had a smell. The fridge was also not working a 100%. <br> With all of this however we could still lived with, but on Saturday night there was a party just outside our bedroom window. I tried multiple times calling her (Ronelle) and phoning on alternative numbers, even left her messages, but no response. We settled with this and thought we would just wait longer until they go to sleep. HOWEVER, LATER WHILE SITTING IN THE LIVING ROOM, SOMEBODY TRIED TO OPEN OUR DOOR. I TRIED TO PHONE HER AGAIN, BUT NO LUCK. WE DECIDED TO LEAVE AT 10:30 SATURDAY EVENING, EVEN THOUGH WE WERE STILL BOOKED IN UNTIL SUNDAY. WE FEARED FOR OUR LIVES. WE ONLY GOT BACK TO JOBURG AT 09:30 SUNDAY MORNING. <br> <br> This is the worst holiday I ever in my life!
