Disgusting Accomadation and service from Beds at Sea.

Had the most horrible stay at Shirley House. It was very disappointing. The pictures on the website are totally misleading, the house was dirty. Curtains were filthy. Cobwebs on the window sills. Dead ****roaches on the floor and Lizzard droppings on the wall. Yuck!! seems as though the house was unoccupied for most of the time and they had fumigated the place just before our arrival. Shower glass was filthy, unhygienic, floor was slippery and dangerous. The bedroom tiles were broken and a safety hazard. The driveway gate had to be opened manually, the lock and chain was rusted and of no use as a security measure. The garden was untidy. Have pictures to prove this!! Grace Watson the letting agent refused to take my calls, definitely not what the website promises “Excellent & Prompt Service” The website also boasts “Only Quality, Verified Listings” Shirley House an utter disappointment, questionable quality! I will definitely not recommend it to anyone” I would rate this establishment zero stars. Thank You. Fathima Ismail
