DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. FALSE ADVERTISING

Beds & All advertised 15 year warranty on one of their beds. Wife and I got the bed in August 2017 and by December 2017 it was already making noises and the springs were beginning to fail. Turned the mattress a few times over but by June 2018 it became unbearable to sleep on it. We began getting back aches.

I contacted them and a guy named Louie said I should forward to him a picture of the bed via WhatsApp. He then doesn't respond. I call him back, he says he will get back to me, reassures me that it shouldn't take more than two weeks. Two and a half weeks later I call again, Louie tells me to contact his supplier and forward a picture of the bed to his supplier.

Stupid me, I actually do that. Supplier tells me "beds don't last forever..." That was it.

The mistake I made was to not research reviews on Hellopeter.com before buying the bed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE.
