service with lies

i had lay bused a chest of drawer in September , i was told they have plenty stock available and i would just say when i want to take delivery , i went in to the store to pay my balance outstanding in cornubia mall, and rude staff member , made me wait 5min while he was on call. then he say he has lot of customers who want the same item as me and i should wait for 3 weeks plus , and he walks away while i was speaking to him. ! like wow ! service ! disappointing!

ohh when i wanting a refund , its 10% they keeping !
