BRAND NEW BED WITH SPRINGS POPPING OUT FROM THE SIDES

I bought a bed which was R5000 and The receipt is missing.... I cannot find it... The customer service agents in Durban says... They can not help if we don't bring in the receipt.... It's lost... Now what do I do..... No help.... Mercy.... Nothing..... AND I HAS LOOKING AT BUYING ANOTHER BED FOR 15000.00....
