Beds 2 Go poor service

Beds 2 Go 31 Moore Road, Umbilo

I put a laybye on the 16th of October for a Riegut Sentana Sleigh bed and the sales Rep's name is Ernest. On the 15th of November I called Ernest telling him that month end I'll pay the remaining balance on my laybye and I want to take it home.

He said they have stock I can come and collect it. On the 27th of November I called Ernest telling that I am coming on Saturday. He told me they have stock I can come. Saturday I got stuck at work. I called Ernest and told him I won't be able to collect my bed today. I then asked if they're open on tomorrow (Sunday) he said "Yes, from 9:00 - 13:00pm.

I came on Monday 3rd of December with a Trailer that I've hire for the Bed. To my surprise I was told they don't have the bed. I was stunned, I've been calling and calling alerting these guys about collecting my bed.

Today (4th December) I called the Branch and asked for the Manager and I was told he is not available. They asked for my number and promised to get back to me and they never did.

Utterly disgusted with Beds 2 Go because of this experience.
