I booked on Booking

I booked on Booking.com for accommodation. The idea was created for Strand Hotel at the Strand hotel rate. However when I arrived at the provided address, it was at Bedrock Accommodation. The rates for the facilities differs and I paid the Strand hotel rate, while Bedrock have a much cheaper rate. Tge facility are in a BAD condition, my expereince was BAD. Seems that Booking.com are aware, but still do bookings for Strand Hotel although Bedrock are disguised under that name..*****S. both Booking.com and Bedrock, with the statement that non of your funds will be refunded.
