Bedrite - Refund of R600 for Size Error Not Paid - Order ***

Good day Bedrite Team,

On *11 September 2026 at 12:50* I placed an order online at ***bedrite.co.za*** for *R3,599.00*.

I made an error by selecting Queen size instead of Double size. The price difference is *R300* that I overpaid.

I contacted your WhatsApp business line ***** immediately and I was promised that the R300 would be refunded, but until today I have not received it.

I have attached proof of payment and order confirmation.

I kindly request that Bedrite refunds the R600 difference within 3-5 working days to my account used for payment.
