Bedmart parow where is my gurentee

i bought a bed from bedmart parow last year July for R2750. the matresses springs is coming out and the whole bed is so uneven my daughter can not sleep.I want a new bed or a full refund.Not even a year.They want to charge me to pick up matresses and make it better.really this pathetic
