TOYOTA Bedfordview

My father bought A Toyota Hilux from Toyota Bedfordview in September. He is promised weekly that the dealership will send his service book and spare key. He is still waiting for this to be courier to him since September 2019.

The dealer said that they will courier the keys but the service book must be collected. Seriously????

Why must we collect when one can be sent but not the other my father is in East London!!!

Dealers want you to buy their vehicles but once deal is signed and sealed they couldn't care.

Toyota bedfordview is full of promises but NO after market Customer Service.

Will never do business with them. Again.
