Unprofessional

Very unprofessional. All I eat is documents. I requested a signed copy of my used vehicle purchase order of my vehicle I sold in 2019.They said it was requested from archives. After numerous follow up emails and calls being sent from pillar to post. I am still waiting. Looks like it's being ignored. Terrible I have to try and get it from head office.
