WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

I made the biggest mistake ever by placing an order for a cot and compactum for my baby with this company. They demand deposit money from you, provide you with a delivery date of approximately 4-8 weeks of placement of your order and then you never hear from them again after that. Not only will they fail to deliver the goods to you, but they also won't respond to any of your correspondence or refund your deposit money to you. It is now two and a half months since I first placed my order with them and after threatening them with court action they finally responded to my e-mails confirming that they won't be able to deliver the goods and that I would be refunded my deposit, which they have still not done to date. These people are not running a business but more of a circus! I am now pursuing civil court action against them to recover the deposit that was paid to them, as although they will make various promises to refund your deposit to you, they never actually process the refund which means that you will never see that money again! Don't ever make the mistake of doing business with this company as they reek of ********** activities!!
