Still waiting after 12 weeks

My wife and I are expecting our second child<br> In march 2015 m wife purchased a baby cot from Bedford's in cape town (3 march 2015)<br> <br> She followed up after 4 weeks with telephone calls and e mails regarding delivery on the cot.<br> After a while we realised something is not making sense we are not getting a delivery date out of them<br> I called them this morning regarding delivery and still no date <br> I explained to them that my wife is due in 6 days and we need this cot Now..!!!!<br> Feed is that a manager will get back to me ,the reason we still waiting for it is due to load shedding.<br> Fadiel Bedford is the manufacturing manager and he will get back to me hope it will be, before my baby is born NEXT WEEK....!!!!!!<br> <br> The reception lady said they will pay my money back ...??? After 12 weeks what must I do then I need a cot not money.<br> <br> Don't know if this business is a ****..???
