Poor workmanship, Recieved good damaged.

I ordered a sleigh cot and sleigh conpactum from this company that promises high quality baby furniture. I revieved the items on 10 December 2015 that was delivered by Time freight Couriers. Upon arrival, I inspected the items and found that the side handle of the compactum chest of drawers was damage further inspection I saw that the bottom leg of the sleigh cot is also damaged both areas that are damaged are at the point where the ***** joins the wood and as a result because the ***** was inserted to close to the edge which it spilt the wood. I have taken photos and emailed them through to the manager and called the office on *** whom i Spoke to Nabeela but she keeps referring me to the manager Fadiel whom never answers his phone or returns calls and emails... I am still unable to get hold of him and it has being a week passed now.
