Unpleasant service!!

Bedford centre is such a nice centre to visit.

Unfortunately the staff involved with the parking is extremely unprofessional. The payment points always give trouble and when you ask for assistance you get to speak to rude and unprofessional staff.

It is so unpleasant and frustrating!
