Bad value for money, terrible service , uninterested management!

We went to Chevy lane in Bedford Centre for a nice lunch and it started with 2 off milkshakes so we sent them back and they brought back 2 new ones also off so we changed the order. We ordered our food and waited one and a half hours for it to come . I got a terrible display of calamari and chips ! No garnish not even a hand full of calamari and chips slapped on a plate. It tastes like rubber all for R135 I complained to the Manager and got a very irritated response and the manager answered a phone call while I was complaining. When the food was brought back I got a ****y tone of voice saying “is this better for u?” Absolutely terrible and will not be back!
