BAD SERVICE

Last week Thursday i went to buy shade netting, i asked the lady if i can buy 1.5M, and she said yes i can, the net is 3M wide, when we came home and open the net, it was broken in the middel when i opened the net, i went back yesterday to take it back, i asked the lady to give me a other one, she said that she will show the net to the manager, she came back and said the manager that they cannot sell 1.5M of net only 2M, she cant give me 1.5M again, she advised me that i can get my money back, or i must pay for the other 0.5M. i refused to take money back, because i bought 1.5M and i want to be replaced by 1.5M, i asked for the manager, and he told me the same thing, they were not supposed to sell to me 1.5M, he also confirmed that i must pay for the other 0.5M, i refused agian, because i bought 1.5M, and i want them to replace the 1.5M
