Bedazzled Online Facebook Store NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Hi all, hope you are well.

Just a note to all - I ordered Ipanema shoes through an advert on the Fearless Mom's Advertising group - Bedazzled Online - I ordered and paid on 21 Nov, she stated that it will take 7-14 working days to deliver. After continious follow ups I was informed that couriers were collecting parcels on 14 Dec (courier via The Courier Guy was included in paid fee) and will then receive my tracking details. After no feedback I was told that The Courier Guy gave her a colletion date of between 20 & 21st December (strange how TCG gives her a date for collection when parcels were going out on 14 Dec right?). Followed up on 28 Dec again and other excuses and msg forwarded to me of "happy customers", but still no tracking number or delivery of my paid goods...

Then, after more questions from me, she told me that she would be back from leave the first week of Jan and will then see if my parcel was collected or not...needless to say, yet again - no feedback, tracking details nor delivered shoes.

More time has passed and no answers. At last on 19 Jan I was promised again that my parcel has been booked for collection on 20 Jan 2023 and that my tracking number will be sent through as well as the requested photo of my actual parcel. Needless to say, after asking 3 more times, I was refused tracking details today (23 Jan 2023) as she is apparently too busy to send it (also used the excuse that she did send it to me, but the photo and tracking details failed to send due to loadshedding and she would send it through again) through although it was promised to me since the day I ordered. I am now supposed to be happy with this extremely ****py services and continious lies and still not a sign of my 3 pairs of Ipaneme shoes. Absolutely unacceptable. Bedazzled Online is not to be trusted at all.
