Why hide the paperwork?

I purchased 2 beds for the guest house and their after-sales service is zero. They promise to call me back but they don't. They refuse to provide me with a tax invoice while they are registered for VAT. SARS can make their deductions regarding output tax . The salesperson is JP - keen to sell but not so keen to follow up.
