SAGGING BEDS

In June 2018 myself & daughter bought CLOUD 9 matress-sets. Now in 2019 these mattresses sagged. I have contact the Boksburg branch on the 1 Oct, sending my invoice & photos of this sagging mattresses. and now the base also broke (AGAIN) i have contacted them a few times, and every time SOMEBODY will contact me. Today is the 11 Oct and still i havent had any response from anybody. This is really ridiculous service and also for the price we paid for these bed set we would like to get service
