Poor poor service nx

Horrible service I’ve received from Bedworld to say the least. I made an online purchase during the week and I was told the bed would arrive on Saturday, I didn’t mind cos I was still moving. Come Saturday I’ve fully moved in and my bed hasn’t arrived but I was assured it’s in its way as we speak, needless to say it didn’t arrive and I slept on the floor on Saturday. Sunday I call again and ask what’s going on and a lady takes my number and says she’ll check and get back to me, do you think she did? No, so I call again after a couple of hours and a different gentleman answers and tells me deliveries are closed on Sundays, again I must sleep on the floor. I was so patient and nice with them until I realized they are not the same with me, just horrible service and no care, wish I took my money elsewhere
