JP is driving will not help asap

My base is creaky and noisy. I ask JP before lockdown for assistance. He said he was driving and will comeback to me asap. 2 weeks later I asked again. Jp gave me same story. Driving and will help asap. A week later i phone care line. They said due to the start of lockdown they cannot help should call after lockdown. When we went to level 3 I contacted JP again as his number was the online one. Still 3 weeks later no help.
