Exceptional Service from Bed World

On Friday 28 October I visited the website looking for a Double Base and Mattress set for our spare room. I found a birthday special which more than met my budget but I wanted a little more information. I called and spoke to a sales/customer support lady (I have forgotten her name) and she gave me all the additional information I need both efficiently and expertly. I went back to the website and made my purchase. To my surprise, I received a call a few hours later asking me if I would accept delivery the next day (Saturday the 29th). I was amazed at this service. I was only expecting delivery the following week. My order was delivered on Saturday afternoon. The delivery team were fantastic. They were extremely pleasant and professional. Overall this was an exceptional experience and I highly recommend Bed World.
