Disgusting service - lies and deceit

What pathetic service from Bed World!

Wendy promised (on email) the bedroom set will be delivered today (an order of R26 000) - Tyron (the distributions manager) advised TODAY that we will receive the set today - when we phone back, Tyron went home and Wendy is NEVER available - no one even bothered to contact us!! All that Bedworld can do is make false promises - every person and every day you have a different excuse - AND I AM THE ONE HAVING TO FOLLOW UP CONSTANTLY!! With my call now at 17:00 I was advised that the stock was not even received yet - after Wendy apparently ordered same 2 MONTHS AGO!!! The staff blatantly lie just to make a sale!

I am still waiting for the managers details - a request which is completely being ignored!!!!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!!
