Disgusting service and even worst product

Worst service and product ever from your Boksburg branch. Bought a new base and mattress last year, base already broke last year as well. Been trying to get this sorted out since December 2019 as the base in under guarantee. Being messed around and **** to by JP from the branch and Richard the rep for months now. Amazing how everything is under guarentee when you buy it but as soon as you need their help they ignore you. My money was good enough but now you wont help me fix the problem i am having. Disgusting service from all involved. Call me to get this sorted out ***
