Bedworld Boksburg- Pathetic Service

I purchased a bed from Bedworld Boksburg last weekend. The purchase was for a King size bed and the salesman told me that he would include a FREE matress protector and delivery. When I checked online, I see that the bed was an R1000 less than what I was charged. When I queried it, the response was that the bed that they gave me was a King XL. I measured the bed and the bed is a standard King Size. When I called them back to let them know that the bed was not King XL, they now advise me that the mattress protector is R1000 & the delivery is R300 hence the price is R1000 more. I told him that the salesman confirmed that the matress protector and delivery was free. His name was Lunga and he was very rude. Please dont waste your time and visit this store, they have no idea what customer service and honesty is. Rather purchase from a reputable bed store.
