Bedworld

Do not buy from Bedworld as they are dishonest and avoid after sales service. From the start we had issues. We were invoiced for the wrong size bed and only got our refund a week later. We asked for the correct invoice, was promised to receive it and still nothing. When we unwrapped the bed, we received a Maxipedic bed, but bought a Serta as per the adverti*****t. The manager, Rikki, called my husband and assured him that it's the same bed. He would supply us with the correct invoice as well as supporting documents that says the Maxipedic is a Serta. Now he does not answer our calls, avoids us, gets his staff to phone us to solve the problem as he is always busy in a meeting or getting on a plane or doing anything else then being honest and truthful. We don't want this bed as this is Not what we bought. If I wanted a Maxipedic bed then I would have bought one. I wanted a Serta and paid for a Serta. We believe this is false advertising and *****. We are being pushed to take further steps. They clearly don't care for future business. Also look at hello peter before purchasing from bedworld to see all the other complaints as this is a recurring issue with other customers as well
