BAD BAD SERVICE

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I ordered and paid my bed cash on 8 November 2020, 3 days later i received my bed, Myself and my wife slept on it and the base cracked, now the base is so bad the bed make terrible notices. I had a back operation and i read that this is a good bed and can take up to 120 kg per side myself and my wife is not even close to that a amount. We are currently on the 17 December 2020 and i have spoken to Wendy from Bed World a couple of times. I want my money back for i will get better service from another company. I have called and spoken to Wendy and all she said is she will get back to me but to due date no one phoned me. Why is this so hard I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
