Ricardo at BedWorld Randburg was super responsive when we were looking around for quotes and very helpful when wanting to choose a bed. He is also knowledgeable about their products. This ended when we wanted to return it. I was forced to phone multiple times to still not get a response to when they will be picking the mattress up. After many (over 20 calls) without any success, I was forced to call their other branch to at least speak to someone that could possibly assist. Only then was there some action. Once the bed was sold and we asked to return it, we were informed about the returns policy. of 15% penalty. While I have some sympathy for the reason for this to then be charged a further R300 for pick up is simply not acceptable. All in all we have been "charged" nearly 50% of our original purchase price to get this deal undone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
