Worst product

People with 5 stars which luck did you guys have? Cause wow! I'm honestly not happy with the product received, sent emails with no response. The quality of the bed I bought it's like it was used before. The sides of the bed are too hard then the middle part is way too soft and moves a lot. The base it's self it's not balanced on the surface had to balance it whiles waiting for my mail to be responded till now. No response. Please sort this thing out. I want my money back or give a proper bed.
