Good Day My name is Jacoba Griesel I bought bedding by Cindy Dippenaar. On her advertising she markets her bedding as amazing quality but what I received has no quality is very bad at all the bed cover has the London image (red with grey & white) in the front but the back is totally different it has a brown & peach flower pattern, the stitching is not well done it has double stitching and most places it comes loose. I ordered two sets I have only received one when I reached out to her regarding the matter she had no explanation what so ever I am still waiting on the other duvet bedding or my money back or rectify the matter Cindy only said she is sorry she does not want to take any responsibility regarding the matter I have also asked for a refund she said that their is no refund. she has not stated anywhere on her advertising that she does not give any refunds. Cindy Dippenaar is a rep / listed for the Middelburg Mpumalanga area. People I would advise you to never do business with Cindy Dippenaar as she can not own up to her / their mistakes once she has your money she does not worry if her clients receive the "amazing quality"
