Same afternoon turn around

We walked into The branch 2 o' clock on a Friday afternoon and decided to buy a lounge suite. After the friendly service we received in store, we asked when will they be able to deliver as we live in Centurion (at least 30km away). Erika promised that she will arrange for delivery that same afternoon. Delivery was made 19:00 that evening and Erika phoned to follow up at 20:00 that evening to confirm that we were happy with the delivery. Great service...
