R12000 Comfort 45 l shape couch damaged after a month

Bought the R12000 Comfort 45 cash in November 2017, now in January phoned Bed & Lounge Langlaagte as the couch material is coming loose and the couch is making terrible noises when sitting down. I spoke to Pierre the manager at Langlaagte explained that we bought it cash and now we having these problems with it and he advised that the factory is closed but they will replace the couch when the factory opens on the 20th of January 2018. Then received a call from Neddy our sales person that assisted us when purchasing the couch he advised me a different story. Advised that he needs to come out and take pictures in order to submit his report and we agreed that he will be coming on Sunday the 14th of January before going to work so in the morning nobody arrived. When speaking to Neddy he said they will collect the damaged couch and then deliver the a new one but we will not have a couch for a few days. I advised that I don't want that they must collect the damaged one and at the same time deliver the new one as nothing will stop them from sending this one in for repairs and then delivering me the same couch. I would for them to arrange a new couch with better quality as that is what i paid for and not a couch where the planks is giving in and making noises after a month of having the couch if they are unable to do that then they must please refund our money and collect there damaged couch.
