Failure to deliver

On 31 May I bought a Orthopaedic Supreme - Turn Free Mattress online from Bed City. Three Quarter (107cm) On their web site they state to deliver within 5 working days. On June 8 still no delivery. At 16:30 the afternoon I phoned Bed City. They had no knowledge of my order. Really! If they do have system problems, surely my payment had to show on their bank statements!!! Excuses were made and they promised to deliver by June 12 but no later that June 13. Still no delivery was made.<br> My order number is 137. The number I phoned was ***.<br> I find Bed City unprofessional and unreliable. Think twice before doing business with this company. They are full of excuses and promises but no delivery.
