Double Bed

I bought a double bed about two years ago, I hardly slept on it as it was standing in my holiday flat. I noticed that at the rear side of the mattress it looks like as the stitches on the material torn apart, I send at photo to their management to have a look for a possible swop or repair. Their immediate response was it was damaged by me, to which I insisted they send an agent to come and inspect the mattress to proof otherwise. The agent arrived about two weeks later for inspection, to the contrary he agreed that it looks like the mattress was made of poor materials. It took another week after I enquired about the outcome of his inspection, just to receive a blatant what-sup message they are not going to repair nor replace the mattress. I think it is totally unprofessional conduct for a business. On further enquiry I was told they do not sell that specific brand in their shops anymore, which reflects wilful their knowledge they sold customers poor quality products. I will never buy any products from Bed City, I will make sure that this kind of service / treatment be heard by general public.
