BEcker and Becker Optometrists

<p>I went for an eyetest on the 17th of January 2017. I received my glasses on the 5th week after eyetest and amount due R13900. After a week I could not see with the Left lens and took the glasses back. at this stage I have paid R3000 as deposit and the medical aid paid R550 for test and the amount of R3500.</p> <p>It is today the 10th of March I only get my glasses tonight delivered by my house after so many telephone calls and no answers. The owner Kobus van Heerden promissed me on the 4th of March that he will write off the outstanding fee and my deposit of R3000 will be returned to me. When I asked again my money back he accuses me of playing with word. This is the worst service and unhounoroble people I have every met in my life.</p>
