Bruce K. Long Bebop Technology BIG *****

A year ago, I made the unfortunate mistake of signing up for one of Bebop Technology's services. The service in question was Bebop Technology's Post Production Creative Media Suite. It was promised to me and my peers that we would be getting a customized solution for our post production needs that would include tools from a variety of different programs that already exist for this very purpose.

Mr. Bruce K. Long specifically told us that we would be getting the absolute top of the line services for our money. Satisfied with his sales pitch, we ended up investing over $12,000 of our hard-earned capital into Mr. Bruce K. Long's product. It has since been nothing but an utter and total nightmare for us to have been working with this company.

We have been given access to ONE TOOL and that is Adobe's Creative Suite and absolutely nothing else. Mr. Bruce K. Long and his company Bebop Technology have refused to listen to us and to answer our complaints and to provide us with any kind of support. In fact, Mr. Long has often ridiculed us, his paying customers, by ignoring us outright.
