Bad service at Beaver Creek Coffee Estate 27/12/2025

We visited the Beaver Creek Coffee Estate on 27/12/2025. Upon arrival there was a queue and we had to wait to get a table for 3. I provided my name, cell number and time arrived, which was 09:53. After waiting about 20 minutes, people arriving after us were already given a table, which we queried without any reason given as to why this was not properly managed. We eventually got a table inside and by 12:10 had still not received our food. When we again enquired on our order, the waitress said there were still 2 tables that needed to be served before our food would be ready. We paid for the coffee we had, and left. No senior person/management at any stage even came to enquire about our order or apologised for the delay in service. The waitress just kept on saying the kitchen was busy, and that there were a lot of tables with big orders. So, serving 3 people was not really their concern, the bigger tables were. They were totally disorganised, clearly lacked the capacity to deal with an influx of patrons (especially given the bad weather), and there was also not enough waiters. In addition, the restrooms are not adequate for the amount of people. What a pity. It used to be a nice place to go too, but after such bad service, I will definitely not go back soon.
