Manager refused to exchange an item

I had purchased a belt from their store, and when I tried to fit the belt I realised the belt was too small. I then decided to return it. When I got to the store they refused to do the exchange with a valid reason. I asked the manage what their return policy was and she could not produce it nor did her story any make sense. i then asked if I could get a refund and she proceeded to say that I cannot do a refund either...so I asked what she would suggest and she responded by saying that i should \sell it to someone who needs a belt"...<br> <br> According to the manager they DO NOT do returns for \""small item\"""
