Bad customer service and bad attitude to customers.

I walk in store to purchase a pair of converse tekkies,with wrong pricing the lady with a rude attitude and bad behaviour starts screaming and shouting at me cause I want it with the price displayed,she swears at me I asked for her name and the area managers name she refuses.she continues calling security management to throw me out of the store she then finally give me the number of a manger when I call the person he doesn't even work,got angry I call the head office they helped me got the shoes walked out as a happy customer atferall.Now that lady phones me with a private number and she threatens my life I don't know what to do now.
