Bad attitude

<p>went to the above mentioned store, when i entered the shop the music was so loud and i ask the lady's who works the to reduce the volume instead they did vice versa, they even told me that at the tarvens I can't tell them to reduce the volume. I called the head office and the area maneger told me that he is onleave but its the nature of their business to play loud music. The lady by Primerose called me after i left the shop started shouting at me telling me how i act important to my selfn she wont apologize then she dropped </p>
