BeautyEmporium non delivery

I ordered two off x 50ml Regima daily intelligent sebum-solver on 20th February 2024. After a long wait they delivered only one off item. After waiting until 13th March i was then asked if i wanted something else as they had no stock! Why would they accept my original order in the first place then? Anyway nothing delivered and still waiting for my R 499 refund. Awful service and apparently not allowed to offer Regima products on line either. Don,t use them
