Unhappy with their service

Bad service ever as l speak l braids my hair with the extension colour lam not happy with, because the refused to exchange the colour for me 😭😭😭 l bought and went back within 15 minutes when l recognised that I mistakenly took the wrong colour,they refused to exchange it l hate this store
