Bad Service at Beauty Zone

I'm writing to complain about the service I received at Beauty Zone store. bought hair extension on the 15th of February 2021,never used them because the colour was wrong(did n't suit my daughter's hair colour) Today, the 17th of February 2021, I went to the same store for exchange of products, with receipt, product in the original packaging with tags attached. The security guard took me to the manager (Wandile Manyoni) who was rude and unfriendly. He said they don't accept the returned products but nothing is written even on the receipt.

I am extremely upset by the treatment I received and I will certainly not be shopping at Beauty Zone agan.
