Bad customer service

This happened yesterday and i did not want to complain hence i was still very angry. I went there at inanda emtshebheni to buy hair product,the cashier was friendly but the security guard was full of **** , sorry for the word but he was.At 1st He tried to make a conversation saying that he once gave me his number and he saw me throwing it in a bin...for God sake i hardly go to that place hence i work at gateway i dnt even knw him...I just didnt pay attention to him.After that when i was leaving he grab me with my jacket n i askd him what is wrong with him , n he repsond in a very agrressive way sayin that he want a slip how am i supposed to knw that he must check the slip.I did not like the way he handled me.And after that he said if he was the owner i was not going to be allowed in that shop. I was so angry and disappointed.
