horrible experience

About 2 months ago I ordered extensions from a girl on Facebook (she said her extensions are 100% human hair). Her Facebook page name is "Beauty Strands".

Firstly, I paid R1600 the first time, R800 the second time and R590 the third time.

She installed my extensions (while she was busy she told me the previous person who did my extensions is so bad and didn't know what they were doing, etc.)

She installed them for me and styled them and I went home.

I know nothing about extensions so i remember asking her: Is it 100% human hair?

Can it damage your hair?

When I went to a hairsalon to cut my hair (The lady was an expert in extensions as well as I saw her certificate), she told me that my hair is knotted at the back and there is no way she can even do anything with my hair.

I went back to Beauty Strands (paid another R500), she told me it's "normal". I told her but you told me it won't happen, she had nothing to say.

I had to go back every week just so she could fix my hair and every time i paid more and more..

I now already paid R7000 for my hair and I am very unhappy

Not only did she talk bad about every hairdresser and every person that does extensions, but she **** to me about her extensions.

My hair is now very very damaged (I can't untie the knots that the extensions caused)

When I went to a hairdresser again they said it's because of the way she installed them (about 5 hairdressers told me the exact same thing)

When I then called her to tell her she had so many different excuses and told me that she rushed my hair.

I am very very unhappy as it damaged my hair so bad.

I don't suggest anyone ever going there!
