Damaged pump

On the day I bought their products when I got home the pump WAS NOT WORKING!!! I called and reported that their pump isn’t working .they promised to call me back and let me know when I’ll receive a pump . They never did , I’ve sent several emails and DM’d them on TikTok. Their service is horrible, their communication is absolutely horrible and i regret spending my money at such a place . The pump is their faulty but they are making it look like it’s my fault . I’m tired of going back and forth with them and their horrible customer service.
