Bad customer service and skin damage

I went to this store wanting product that will help me retain my moisturized and hydrated skin. One consultant came to attend to me even though I knew what I wanted, I was receptive towards the help as many stores have shop advisers, to my nightmare I was recommended and sold products that had combating ingredients. My is dryer and more patched than before, I called the store to inform them of this issue, they said they will attend to my issue, I called again today and still they didn't care. They destroyed my confidence as a woman
