absolutely poor service. Definitely no efficient customer service and would never associate with them ever again. Made a purchase for an item and till this day I have not received it and they are not replying to any of my messages and will not give me a refund. Definitely be aware before making a purchase from them. Just wish I could receive my refund and forgot it. They absolutely have amazing products and I was so excited about receiving my item and looking forward to buying many more items for them but after this I highly doubt I would.
